The terms, in plain words
- The build is free. You pay the monthly plan and nothing up front for the site.
- Billing starts when your site goes live, on a fixed monthly date, or on day 60 if we are still waiting on something from you. Never at signing.
- No long contract. Within 3 days of signing you can cancel and owe nothing. After that and before your site is live, cancelling costs two months of your plan, less anything already paid. Once it is live you can leave any time with 60 days notice.
- Your domain is yours. You buy it and own it; Cole gets access to connect it, never the login.
- Changes are included by the quarter, 3, 9 or 16 hours by plan, and Cole can build in controls so you change certain things yourself.
- Members come to the Small Business Workshop, the first and third Thursday of every month, 6 to 8 pm, in Fort Wayne: 1 a month on Essentials, 2 on Advantage and 2 on Priority.
- Refer a business that signs up and you get two months of your base plan free. Extras keep billing as normal. No limit on how many you refer.
