Data Deletion Instructions

1. Who This Page Is For

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from Sweet Dreams US LLC. It applies to anyone whose information we hold, including people who:

• Submitted a lead form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta lead ads)
• Filled out a form on sweetdreams.us (free website, booking, contact, or any other form)
• Exchanged messages, calls, or emails with us
• Became a client

2. How to Request Deletion

Send your request through either channel:

• Email: jayvalleo@sweetdreamsmusic.com with the subject line "Data deletion request"
• Phone: (260) 450-7739

Include the name, phone number, and email address you used with us so we can find your records. We may ask a follow-up question to confirm the request is really from you; we will never ask for a password or payment information to process a deletion.

3. What We Delete, and When

Within 30 days of a verified request, we delete:

• Your lead record (name, phone, email, business details, and anything you wrote on a form)
• Our copies of message threads with you
• Notes and internal records about you
• Your information from the AI tools we use to manage client work (see our Privacy Policy)

We confirm by email or text once the deletion is complete.

Some records are kept longer where the law requires it: invoices and payment records are retained for tax purposes, and signed agreements are retained while their obligations last. Those records are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for marketing.

4. Data Held by Meta

If you reached us through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also holds the responses you submitted. Deleting your data from us does not delete Meta's copy. You can manage or delete the information you shared with Meta in your Facebook settings under Off-Facebook Activity and your ad preferences. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
