For Meta lead ads, Meta transmits your form responses to us along with the ad and form identifiers and the time you submitted. Meta's handling of that data is governed by Meta's own privacy policy; this policy governs our copy once we receive it.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We share your information with trusted third-party service providers:

  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • Vercel: Website hosting
  • Resend: Transactional emails
  • Twilio: SMS text messaging for booking notifications
  • Anthropic (Claude): AI assistance for building websites and managing client and lead records (see Section 14)
  • Google/Meta/Microsoft: Analytics and advertising

These providers process your information on our behalf, under terms that limit their use of it to providing their service to us. We do not sell your personal information and we do not permit these providers to sell it.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or to:

  • Session reminders before your scheduled appointment

5.3 No Sharing with Third Parties

We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you.

5.4 Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You can opt back in at any time by texting START to our number or by opting in again during the booking process.

5.5 Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Sweet Dreams US LLC does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
  • Secure password hashing
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication
  • PCI DSS compliant payment processing via Stripe

Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion.

14. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Tools

We use AI tools to help deliver our services, including Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic. Specifically, AI tools help us:

  • Build and maintain websites, including free demo websites
  • Draft communications and organize lead and client records
  • Track the status of projects and conversations

What this means for your information:

  • Processors, not owners. When AI tools handle your information, the provider processes it on our behalf under commercial terms that limit use of the data to providing the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not permit our AI providers to sell it.
  • A human decides. Messages to leads and clients are reviewed and sent by a person. AI tools prepare and organize; they do not decide who we contact.
  • Only what is needed. The information AI tools handle is the same information described in Section 2, used for the purposes in Section 3. We do not give AI tools payment card numbers or passwords.
  • Deletion covers it. A verified deletion request (see our Data Deletion Instructions) covers records held in these tools too.

15. Data Deletion

You can have your personal data deleted, including data we received through Meta lead ads. Full instructions are at sweetdreams.us/data-deletion. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
