Websites for hair salons

Match new clients with the right stylist before they sit down

A new client wants to know who does great color, what a balayage really costs and how long it takes. Your website shows each stylist’s specialty and work, lists services with starting prices and times, and sends big color changes to a consultation first, so the chair time matches the job.

$0 upfront build. Hosting and care from $50 a month.

The example

What it looks like for a hair salon

Concept demo · sample content

A new client picks the stylist who does the color they want, asks for a consultation and suggests a time. The salon confirms it, and the long appointment is booked once they have talked.

What the site does

Three jobs it handles for you

1

Show who is great at what

Each stylist gets a page with their specialty and their work, so a client looking for blonding finds the stylist who does it best, not whoever happens to be free.

2

Price services honestly

Services show a starting price and how long they take, with a line on what changes the price, like length or thickness, so nobody is surprised at checkout.

3

Consult before the big appointments

Color corrections and big changes start with a consultation request, so a three hour appointment is booked with the right stylist and the right time held.

A salon site helps a new client pick the stylist and the service, then gets them to the right kind of appointment.

Proof

See real work, then yours

The example above is a concept demo with sample content, not a client. Every site we build is designed and coded for that business. You can look through websites we have built, and before you decide anything you review a demo made for yours.

How it works

From application to launch

  1. Apply

Two minutes. Tell us about the business and what the website should do. Applying costs nothing and signs you up for nothing.

  2. Confirm the plan

Cole confirms your goals, the monthly plan and its exact price, and who signs off on the site.

  3. Review a demo

You see a focused demo of your website, built around your business, before you decide.

  4. Accept and set up

If you go ahead, you accept the terms and save a payment method. Nothing is charged at that point.

  5. Approve the launch

You approve the finished site and it goes live. Billing starts when your site goes live, or on day 60 if we are still waiting on something from you.

Questions

What hair salons ask us

Can I keep my booking app?

Yes. Each stylist’s button opens their page in the app you use now, and appointments, reminders and client notes stay there. Booking on your own site is there if you ever want it.

Can new clients ask for a color consultation first?

Yes. Color corrections and big changes can go to a consultation request instead of straight to booking, so you decide the appointment after you have talked.

My prices depend on hair length. How do I list them?

Services show a starting price and the time they take, with a line on what changes it. You decide what goes on the page.

Can I take a deposit for long appointments?

With booking on your site, a deposit when someone books adds $15 a month. If you keep your booking app, its own deposit settings keep working.

What does it cost?

The build is $0 upfront. Hosting and care is monthly: Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get. Features like booking or an online store add to the plan's price. Your exact monthly price is confirmed before you decide, and it is never based on how complex your site is.

When does billing start?

Hosting billing starts the day your website goes live. If we are still waiting on something from you 60 days after you sign, such as your domain access, your content or your approval, billing starts then instead. If we are the ones holding things up, it waits until the site is live.

Can I cancel?

Within 3 days of signing, either of us can end it and you owe nothing. After that and before launch, there is a cancellation fee of two months of your hosting price, less anything already paid. Once the site is live, you can leave any time with 60 days notice from your client portal.

Who owns the website?

Your brand, your domain and the content you give us are always yours. The website and its code belong to Sweet Dreams while we host it, and you can buy them at any time. The buyout price goes down the longer you host with us.

Who makes changes after launch?

We do. Your plan includes update hours every quarter, 3, 9 or 16 depending on the plan, and you send changes from your client portal. Work beyond your hours is quoted first, and you approve it before it starts.

Are photos or video included?

No. We build with the photos and video you already have. If you want a professional shoot, we quote it separately.
