You send new dates from your client portal, and we add them within the change hours on your plan.

Your exact monthly price is confirmed before you decide, and it is never based on how complex your site is.
When does billing start?
Hosting billing starts the day your website goes live. If we are still waiting on something from you 60 days after you sign, such as your domain access, your content or your approval, billing starts then instead. If we are the ones holding things up, it waits until the site is live.
Who owns the website?
Your brand, your domain and the content you give us are always yours. The website and its code belong to Sweet Dreams while we host it, and you can buy them at any time. The buyout price goes down the longer you host with us.
Who makes changes after launch?
We do. Your plan includes update hours every quarter, 3, 9 or 16 depending on the plan, and you send changes from your client portal. Work beyond your hours is quoted first, and you approve it before it starts.
