Websites for HVAC companies

Get the no heat call and the tune up request to the right place

A homeowner with no heat wants to know one thing: can you come. Someone planning a new system wants to compare. Your website puts your phone number in front of the emergency, and gives everyone else a service request that asks for the system, the problem and the address.

$0 upfront build. Hosting and care from $50 a month.

The example

What it looks like for a HVAC company

Concept demo · sample content

A homeowner picks repair, says what the system is doing, and the request reaches you with the system, the symptom and the address. In an emergency, your phone number is the first thing they see.

What the site does

Three jobs it handles for you

1

Put the phone first in an emergency

No heat in January is a phone call, not a form. Your number sits at the top of every page, with your hours and what you do after hours.

2

Get requests you can dispatch from

A routine request asks for the system, its age, what it is doing and the address, so you can plan the visit and the parts before you call back.

3

Give the maintenance plan its own page

What the plan costs, what each visit covers and a sign up request, all in one place, so tune up customers come back every season instead of only when something breaks.

Your tools

What stays and what gets easier

Keep using

  • Your field service or dispatch software, if you use one
  • Your phone line and your after hours answering
  • Your Google Business Profile and its reviews

The website adds

  • Repair, maintenance and new systems, each on its own page
  • A maintenance plan page with a sign up request
  • A service request that asks for the system and the symptom

Where to start

A first version that does the job

An HVAC site has three jobs: send emergencies to the phone, take routine requests, and sell the maintenance plan.

The pages

  • Home, with your phone number, your hours and your service area
  • Repair, maintenance and new systems, each on its own page
  • Your maintenance plan and what each visit includes
  • The service request
  • About, with your licenses and your technicians

Quoted on its own, if you want it

  • A financing application
  • Moving your customer list out of another system

Proof

See real work, then yours

The example above is a concept demo with sample content, not a client. Every site we build is designed and coded for that business. You can look through websites we have built, and before you decide anything you review a demo made for yours.

How it works

From application to launch

  1. Apply

Two minutes. Tell us about the business and what the website should do. Applying costs nothing and signs you up for nothing.

  2. Confirm the plan

Cole confirms your goals, the monthly plan and its exact price, and who signs off on the site.

  3. Review a demo

You see a focused demo of your website, built around your business, before you decide.

  4. Accept and set up

If you go ahead, you accept the terms and save a payment method. Nothing is charged at that point.

  5. Approve the launch

You approve the finished site and it goes live. Billing starts when your site goes live, or on day 60 if we are still waiting on something from you.

Questions

What HVAC companies ask us

What about emergencies at night?

Your phone number and what you do after hours are on every page. A form is never the path for a furnace that quit at midnight, so the site does not pretend it is.

Can customers book a tune up online?

Yes, with booking built into the site, which needs the Advantage plan. Taking a deposit when someone books adds $15 a month. If your field service software already has online booking, the site can send people to it instead.

Can I sell my maintenance plan on the site?

Yes. The plan gets its own page with its price, what each visit covers and a sign up request that reaches you. Taking payment for it online is a separate feature, priced when you want it.

Will it bring in more service calls?

We do not promise calls, leads or rankings. Search optimization is included, so repair, maintenance and new systems each have a page built to be found in the towns you serve.

What does it cost?

The build is $0 upfront. Hosting and care is monthly: Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get. Features like booking or an online store add to the plan's price. Your exact monthly price is confirmed before you decide, and it is never based on how complex your site is.

When does billing start?

Hosting billing starts the day your website goes live. If we are still waiting on something from you 60 days after you sign, such as your domain access, your content or your approval, billing starts then instead. If we are the ones holding things up, it waits until the site is live.

Can I cancel?

Within 3 days of signing, either of us can end it and you owe nothing. After that and before launch, there is a cancellation fee of two months of your hosting price, less anything already paid. Once the site is live, you can leave any time with 60 days notice from your client portal.

Who owns the website?

Your brand, your domain and the content you give us are always yours. The website and its code belong to Sweet Dreams while we host it, and you can buy them at any time. The buyout price goes down the longer you host with us.

Who makes changes after launch?

We do. Your plan includes update hours every quarter, 3, 9 or 16 depending on the plan, and you send changes from your client portal. Work beyond your hours is quoted first, and you approve it before it starts.

Are photos or video included?

No. We build with the photos and video you already have. If you want a professional shoot, we quote it separately.
