Websites for roofing contractors

Turn a leak or a storm into an inspection request you can act on

When a homeowner finds a leak, they look for a roofer they can trust, and they look fast. Your website shows the roofs you finished, your license and your warranty, and the inspection request asks for the address, what happened and whether insurance is involved, so you know what you are walking into.

$0 upfront build. Hosting and care from $50 a month.

The example

What it looks like for a roofing contractor

Concept demo · sample content

A homeowner looks at roofs you finished, says what happened, and the request reaches you with the address, the damage and whether insurance is involved, before you set up a ladder.

What the site does

Three jobs it handles for you

1

Earn trust before the first call

Homeowners worry about storm chasers. Your license, insurance, warranty terms and local address sit next to real roofs you finished in their part of town.

2

Sort emergencies from shoppers

An active leak and a quote for next spring are different calls. The request asks what happened and how urgent it is, and your phone number stays one tap away for the leak.

3

Start insurance jobs with the right facts

The request asks for the address, when the damage happened and whether a claim is filed, so the inspection starts with the questions you would have asked anyway.

Your tools

What stays and what gets easier

Keep using

  • Your phone, which stays the fastest way to reach you for an active leak
  • Your Google Business Profile and its reviews
  • However you measure, estimate and schedule crews today

The website adds

  • A page for each service: replacement, repair, inspections and gutters
  • Finished roofs by town, with the material you used
  • An inspection request that collects the address, the damage and the insurance status

Where to start

A first version that does the job

A roofing site earns trust and gets the inspection request. A few strong pages do that better than a big site.

The pages

  • Home, with your service area, your phone number and your best roofs
  • Services: replacement, storm and leak repair, inspections and gutters
  • Recent roofs, with the material and the town
  • Insurance work, in your words, if you help homeowners with claims
  • The inspection request

Quoted on its own, if you want it

  • Drone photos or video of finished roofs
  • A financing application or a roof cost calculator

Proof

See real work, then yours

The example above is a concept demo with sample content, not a client. Every site we build is designed and coded for that business. You can look through websites we have built, and before you decide anything you review a demo made for yours.

How it works

From application to launch

  1. Apply

Two minutes. Tell us about the business and what the website should do. Applying costs nothing and signs you up for nothing.

  2. Confirm the plan

Cole confirms your goals, the monthly plan and its exact price, and who signs off on the site.

  3. Review a demo

You see a focused demo of your website, built around your business, before you decide.

  4. Accept and set up

If you go ahead, you accept the terms and save a payment method. Nothing is charged at that point.

  5. Approve the launch

You approve the finished site and it goes live. Billing starts when your site goes live, or on day 60 if we are still waiting on something from you.

Questions

What roofing contractors ask us

Most of my work comes after storms. Can the site keep up?

Yes. A storm notice, a new town you are working in or a batch of finished roofs goes up from your plan’s update hours. On Priority, changes are made within 3 days, which matters when a storm just came through.

Can the site explain how I handle insurance claims?

Yes. A page in your own words explains how you work with homeowners and adjusters, and the request asks whether a claim is filed. We never write anything about coverage that you have not told us.

Will it help me stand out from storm chasers?

It helps homeowners tell you apart: your license, insurance, warranty terms, local address and finished roofs in their area are on every page. It will not stop anyone else from knocking on doors.

Will it bring me more jobs?

We do not promise jobs, leads or rankings. Search optimization is included, so each service and town has a page built to be found, and the people who find you have a clear way to ask for an inspection.

What does it cost?

The build is $0 upfront. Hosting and care is monthly: Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get. Features like booking or an online store add to the plan's price. Your exact monthly price is confirmed before you decide, and it is never based on how complex your site is.

When does billing start?

Hosting billing starts the day your website goes live. If we are still waiting on something from you 60 days after you sign, such as your domain access, your content or your approval, billing starts then instead. If we are the ones holding things up, it waits until the site is live.

Can I cancel?

Within 3 days of signing, either of us can end it and you owe nothing. After that and before launch, there is a cancellation fee of two months of your hosting price, less anything already paid. Once the site is live, you can leave any time with 60 days notice from your client portal.

Who owns the website?

Your brand, your domain and the content you give us are always yours. The website and its code belong to Sweet Dreams while we host it, and you can buy them at any time. The buyout price goes down the longer you host with us.

Who makes changes after launch?

We do. Your plan includes update hours every quarter, 3, 9 or 16 depending on the plan, and you send changes from your client portal. Work beyond your hours is quoted first, and you approve it before it starts.

Are photos or video included?

No. We build with the photos and video you already have. If you want a professional shoot, we quote it separately.
