Social Media Advertising for Homeowners Associations

Social ads for homeowners associations, kept small and kept honest

An association has nothing to sell, so for most boards ads are not where dues should go. Where they can help is one ask that email is not getting across, like coming to the annual meeting or stepping up for the board. A few short vertical videos, each with one message, can carry that ask.

Quoted to scope. Scope and price are agreed before you commit to anything.

What we would make for homeowners associations

Come to the meeting

One short video on when and where, and why this year matters, with the notice on your site as the ask.

Join the board

A current volunteer on what the board or the architectural committee actually does, and how to step up.

The project, explained

What is being built, why, and where to read the plan before the vote.

Where your business is

Is this the right step for you?

Busy, but stuck on word of mouth

Fits best

This is where it fits best, if it fits at all: a board whose emails are not reaching residents and who needs one thing done, turnout, a vote or volunteers. Keep it to a small batch around that one ask, once the website has the full answer.

Just starting out

A new association does not need ads. Set up the website and a steady way to post news first.

Growing a team

A large community with staff may use a few ads for events or to fill volunteer roles. Most of the time, your own pages and emails reach residents better, and we will tell you so.

The work

What you get

  • A batch of vertical ads, each with one message and one ask.
  • Different messages to test: show the offer, answer an objection, prove the value, demonstrate the service.
  • Made for Reels, Stories, TikTok and the feed.

Creative only. Posting and ad buying are not included.

The price

Quoted to scope. Scope and price are agreed before you commit to anything.

Questions

What homeowners associations ask us

Do you run the ads too?

No. We make the videos. Your board, your manager or whoever runs your community pages posts or boosts them, and every video comes in the sizes the platforms want.

Does an HOA really need ads?

Usually not. If email and your own pages already reach residents, we will tell you to skip this and put the effort into the website and your posts instead.

What does it cost?

Media production is quoted to scope: what we film, how many days, and what you get at the end. Scope and price are agreed before you commit to anything.

Who does the filming?

Our own crew. We plan it with you, film it and edit it in house, and guide you through each step.
