Website Design for Homeowners Associations

An HOA website that answers the questions before they reach the board

If your board answers everything by email, the website is where that stops. Notices, the public documents, the amenity hours and a form for each kind of request, each one sent to the person who handles it, so volunteers spend less time in their inbox.

$0 upfront build. Hosting and care from $50 a month. Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get.

What the site does for homeowners associations

Notices on the home page

The next meeting, the pool season and work coming up, where residents look first.

A document library

Covenants, guidelines and minutes, sorted so a resident finds the fence rules without asking.

One form per kind of request

Architectural, maintenance or a question for the board, each asking for the details that person needs and sent to their inbox.

Amenities and contacts

The pool and the clubhouse with their hours, and who to contact at the board or the management company.

Where your business is

Is this the right step for you?

Busy, but stuck on word of mouth

Fits best

This is where it fits best. Your board answers everything by email, and a site that answers the repeat questions and routes every request gives volunteers their evenings back.

Just starting out

If your association is brand new, the free website is the place to start. This page is for a board that has outgrown answering by email.

Growing a team

A large community with a manager needs more: amenity pages, community news most weeks and a clear line between what the board handles and what the manager does.

The work

What you get

  • Your real work, your reviews and your service area up front.
  • One clear request form that asks what you need to know.
  • A page for each service, built to be found in your towns.
  • Hosting, security, updates and changes made for you every quarter.

The price

$0 upfront build. Hosting and care from $50 a month. Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get.

Questions

What homeowners associations ask us

Do we have to stop using our management company or community app?

No. The site works next to your management company, your email list or your community app, and however you collect dues today.

Can we post community news?

Yes. Notices are part of the site. If you have news most weeks, a plan with more changes each quarter fits better. Hosting is $50, $85 or $125 a month, priced on how many changes you need.

What does it cost?

The build is $0 upfront. Hosting and care is monthly: Essentials $50, Advantage $85 and Priority $125 a month. They differ by how many changes we make for you each quarter, how fast we make them, and how many blog posts you get. Features like booking or an online store add to the plan's price. Your exact monthly price is confirmed before you decide, and it is never based on how complex your site is.

When does billing start?

Hosting billing starts the day your website goes live. If we are still waiting on something from you 60 days after you sign, such as your domain access, your content or your approval, billing starts then instead. If we are the ones holding things up, it waits until the site is live.

Who owns the website?

Your brand, your domain and the content you give us are always yours. The website and its code belong to Sweet Dreams while we host it, and you can buy them at any time. The buyout price goes down the longer you host with us.

Who makes changes after launch?

We do. Your plan includes update hours every quarter, 3, 9 or 16 depending on the plan, and you send changes from your client portal. Work beyond your hours is quoted first, and you approve it before it starts.
